About the Artist
Leon Rausch joined Bob Wills' Texas Playboys as the lead vocalist on St. Patricks Day 1958. Bob Wills' Texas Playboys were inducted into the Rock 'N Roll Hall of Fame 1999. Considered the pioneer Western Swing Band with such inovations as being the first country band to use a drummer. Twin guitars, multiple fiddles and brass arrangements flow throughout this 20 song project creating an awesome big band sound.
